I never thought that I would change, become a whole new me.
Transform into someone slightly different, someone I would like to be.
I never thought that one day I would travel across the seas,
I was taught to doubt, thinking that it all would remain a dream.
I never thought that I would go out with friends almost every day,
just like on sitcoms, we have our group, living it up in a mega way.
I never thought I would have so much love, so much for a single little soul,
but from the day he was born I knew he was my world, all I ever needed to know.
I never thought I'd fall so hard, but stand with no scars to show, no hindering of strength,
for my own good, no pain could get in my way, I vowed to go to any length.

I have been backstabbed, lied to and let down, dissapointed and cheated on, but even through the worst of times I had the push to carrying on. Up on top I have come to be, someone that I choose to be. Living life and continuing to grow, choosing the path that I want to follow. Through the battlescars and epic nights, I will go to any length, to be the best that I can be, push through the stress and challenges I face.
