i wish this for you.

I wish this for you: a good life, a place for you to thrive, a story with a happy ending; a happily ever after kind of life. 
Though I wish for you good things to come, there is karma that will lurk from your past; I hope that in your life you've learned and that you let these lessons, not your ignorance, last.
I hope you find what you are looking for; should you look, you'll find the goodness that I spoke of, it can be found deep within your core. i wish for you to follow your heart, dream big, and stay out late; this life is yours to explore, your future is yours to create.  
And though I once wished for you no second chance, I do hope that you get your time to glow- embrace it with an open mind and elegance; your potential is only yours to bestow. 
And someday I hope that you look back and see that you've come so far- that you look at you then and can see you now, feeling pride with the person that you've become, the person that I once hoped you to be: the person that you are.
