For some, this may come as a given, an automatic response. For others, time is the medicine that allows a mentality to form, an understanding built of reason and logic. To say it is easy, life is easy, is the lie of a stubborn man. It is hard, and with good reason. It is hard because it matters, because we have only been given one. One valiant crack at a mystery. Without even knowing we've done it, we learn that having nothing is scary and difficult to live with, but having something to lose is a terrifying concept. The moments of contemplation and doubt come from a passion from deep within, one that craves assurance, a sense of security; this journey, these choices, every bit of it is of value and, with some sense, you weigh your risk, you question, you step forward cautiously, because what you have is worth protecting, it is what you know, it is familiar, it is comfortable. But what is out there, is it worth the risk and how should you proceed? There is a curiosity within us all that pull us in, once intrigued a new adventure begins, igniting that fire, a passion that motivates our inner detective, moving cautiously forward, but moving forward nonetheless.
Life's for the living, so live it, or you're better off dead.
